isn't it only like 1hp per 100 lbs you remove? I'd say it is not worth it unless your like trying to shave tenths of seconds and your running under 13's which you are probably not but what are your mods?

I believe that on average, its 0.1 seconds/100 lbs.

im actually running 11.2's in the 1/8. i have no engine mods what so ever. but recently i made a rather important discovery, my o2 sensor is right after my headers meaning i can gut my cat. im probally not going to use this car for drag racing i just wanted to see how fast it would go. my buddy has a plymouth laser, i might start helping him build that

I don't see the point in gutting a perfectly good car, especially a (relatively) heavy Accord. Build up the Laser, it's always more fun to destroy someone else's car.
