DNS questions

how long does it take for the DNS chages to take effect ? i just switched the hosting providers for www.styledright.com and on one of my computers it goes to the old host, and the other it goes to the new host. and yes both of my computers are behind the same router and none of them in the DMZ. also i can't really figure the network setting for my laptop. it won't see the other computers in the network either unless i go browse the entire network. ohh boy

Are the hostnames on the computers all the same?

well i guess the laptop did not have the dns setup. no ips no nothing. it started taking me to the new site after the dns update and an ipconfig release and renew. thank trev :bow: :banana:

Ahh... don't you let DHCP handle some of that stuff?
