here (http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/jwb/wwwjdic?1C)
and
here too (http://www.trussel.com/f_nih.htm)
I like the first one best because it loads faster...but the 2nd one is really better
If you dont like either of these, just go to google and look up "Japanese-English Dictionary"
Also, here's a Hiragana translator for ya (its the most used alphabet, besides Kanji, and is used for native japanese words)
HIRAGANA-

Where Katakana is used for imported words, like computer.

(Sorry, the images dont match...they were the 1st I found)
EDIT**both of these really arent complete...but I dont want to get into a lesson combining characters for different sounds...

hmm...well it shouldnt do that...if you installed them off the windows cd...you also need the translation pack for Internet Explorer
but if youre trying to translate, just use the 2 images I posted before to turn the word into "Romaji" / our letters...then put those words into the translators...and you'll feel smart that way too ;) (Use Jim Breen's translator for that way)
