I was just reading the local CT news. I thought that I would share this.
(Fairfield-AP, Apr. 8, 2003 8:25 AM) _ Police in Fairfield made a few drunken driving arrests with a bizarre similarity.
Two men were arrested separately on drunken driving charges over the weekend after police said both were driving cars missing a front wheel.
Police say 66-year-old Harold Allen Junior of Bridgeport was seen driving a blue van without a front wheel or tire on the Post Road.
Police say 60-year-old Stephen Dzurka of Fairfield drove his car without a front wheel on Duck Farm Road.
Police say sparks and smoke were coming from Dzurka's Cadillac and its undercarriage was scraping the roadway.

I would have loved to been a fly on the wall or so to speak. If I was that cop, aside from being pissed off at the fact that these people were wasted, I would have needed to take a minute because I would have been laughing so hard that I wouldn't be able to breath.

I was over my friend Jay's house and he was having all sorts of people over and my best friend shows up there. She drove. She then proceeds to get really wasted so I tell her that I will take her home with me because she shouldn't be driving. So as we're leaving she tells me that she needs to get stuff out of her car and she then goes outside and comes back in and claims that she must be really wasted because she didn't even drive there. However, she really did. Turns out she forgot to put her car in park and it rolled down my friends hill down into the neighbors yard and into a swingset. If the swingset wasn't there, it would have went into the house.

A good friend of mine was at a party once for like 10 hours. He went to leave and found out that he had left his parents van running the entire time he was there. It was a Dodge Caravan, and if anyone knows those things, when they get old, you get a phantom door locker going. It was hilarious. He was wasted, trying to figure out how to break in. It was great. And the best part was, he was about 4 minutes from home.

OMG. So I went to pick up a 12 pack of Corona last night because I was having some people over for a few before we went to the bar. The dude working there was SHITFACED. He could not even talk. This guy charged me $19.50 for the 12 pack and then I questioned him and he started yelling/slurring "Fiiiiiiiifty CENTS". Then he pretty much threw .50 at me and then me and my friend walked out and went to this other store to pick up some stuff and then we're going to my car and we see this dude all wasted getting in his car and driving away. How unsettling is that? Plus it's just not cool at all to be all wasted when you're working at a packy and then you drive away drunk.
