lack of accel

Okay here is the deal. I know i'm probably gonna confuse the heck out of all out u but here i go:
When ever i try to accel like in 3rd gear and floor it, it seems it takes my car a long time to accel, like it's not reacting to the gas pedel. ON the highway i loose like 10-15mph going up a damn hill, and i mean ANY hill. It's starting to piss me off and i cant figure out if it's something simple or should i get it checked out? Once it gets warm i'm gonna check my sparkplugs and go from there, but do u think my injectors need to be replaced?? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

VT... injectors are HELLA expensive, and those should be your last resort....

i'd say a stuck open EGR valve and a messed up ignition would cause this

are you ever backfiring? I had huge problems going up hills and big losses in accel because my timing was off a tooth. have someone check your timing with a timing light. check your plugs too.

yeah i deff can hear my car backfire a little while at idle, once the snow goes away i'm gonna check my plugs
