well theres a difference between adjustable springs and adjustable shocks
these are shocks (http://www.modacar.com/Merchant2/struts_honda_files/koni_yellow_struts.jpg)
these are adjustable springs (http://www.racingextreme.com/catalog/images/res-gr_springs.jpg)
generally the adjustable springs are called coilovers...the ones I showed are coilover sleeves...where true coilovers are shocks that have threads on the outter casing for a very nice combo
ala these (http://www.turnfast.com/tech_handling/handling_images/coilovers.jpg)
If you spend enough money, theyre very very very good...just NEVER chince out on suspension...trust me...Oh...and DO NOT get tokico illumina r coilovers...theyre crap and have no warranty so if they blow...youre screwed...like me...sons of bitches...
