flushing my lude

my lude was smoking and there wasn't anything wrong with it, all i have to do is flush the engine out...i have no idea how to do it, and what to use...thanks :confused:

o and somebody told me to mix the oil with transmisson fluid then run it for like 100 miles and that would loosen the crap in the motor...is that tru???????

i'd use some zmax. i just had it put in my car few weeks ago and i have about 300 miles with it. i noticed a lot of crap in the head is not there anymore, and the car runs a lot better.
