Whats up everyone! I have quite an adventure ahead of me in the next upcomming months. I am leaving for Isreal, Tel-Aviv April 13th and will be back May 1. My sister lives there and my family and I are going to visit. THEN, when I come back I am leaving on May 4th to worh for Princess Wilderness Lodge. Here is a brief description...
Copper River/Wrangell-St. Elias National Park Area (Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge)
Located at the gateway to the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, the Copper River Princess Wilderness Lodge is perched on a bluff overlooking the world famous Copper River. The Copper River area offers many exciting opportunities such as hiking, rafting, world class salmon fishing, and visits to the historic Kennicott Copper Mines. This is a seasonal property in a remote region about two hours north of Valdez and five hours east of Anchorage, open between May and September.
I just landed that job this morning. I am VERY excited! I wont be back home until Sept. 17. I will be working as Front Desk clerk and I will also be doing some house cleaning duties. Pays 10.00 an hour PLUS if I work the whole season through they pay me an extra 1.50 bonus for every hour I worked at the time of leave. VERY COOL! Daily employee housing is 8.00 a day and I get 3 meals a day and up to 2 days off! THEN, when I come back from there I am off to Marine boot camp in early October! With all of that being said I am not going to be spending veyr much time here as much as I would like and as much as I am used to! I will MISS you guys! My car is going to be garaged here at home for the time being. I am going to miss it too...;( Ohh and Teriyaki! I am got the CD from my friend yesterday and I am putting it in the mail today! Sorry for the delay!
