Blow Off Value???

I'm about to purchase the ultimate racing turbo kit for my S2000. It comes with a HKS Super Sequential Blow off value. I went to check out a car with the kit installed running at 7psi. You can barely hear it... and only when driving in boost. I was hoping to hear something when I rev the engine. Any advise of which bov to get? I was expecting a sound like fssst sound. hahaha

I don't think changing the blow off valve will make it hiss when you rev.. You need to be in boost in order for it to discharge the air for the blow off to hiss. Therefore unless your revving really high you won't hear boost. Especially at 7 psi. Look at your boost gauge to see if your boosting. Neway, I found that the Blitz are the loudest.

i agree with mrclowny... the blitz bov is loud but i think if you try the greddy bov, you'll like it... i didn't like the sound of the hks bov myself and am really satisfied with the greddy bov.
