a sports bike. OMG I just spent the last 2 hours riding around down town with a motor between my legs. I've never been so turned in my life... jks.

I got a call from a friend on mine that said he had two RC51's for a few hours this afternoon and I should swing by. His old man works for a used car dealership and I think he just got them at an auction. I've never felt the rush of speed like this before. Granted it took me a bit to get the shifting down and those things rev up so dam high, well you know I never wanted to shift.. haha.

I lifted the front end up a few times, and spun the rear on some of our launches down the "lake shore" and all this for $6 worth of gas. Wow this reminds me why I so love bikes, they put cars to shame. We were messing around and at 60mph the bike still takes off like a bat out of hell.

The rush of flying down the highway at 100mph was too much for me the first time so I slowed down. Its crazy the kind of wind a semi puts off.... ya well i'm back in one piece and trying to figure out how i can pay for one of these bikes.

my buddy has a "Crotch rocket" ...he was telling me he got it up to 260km/hour. And one time he got a spedding ticket at 192..but the cop gave him the minimal fine because he pullled over so quickly. He also has a record of getting to a town in 1hour 20mins. (that takes a car 2hours speeding the whole way)

ya it woulsn't suprise me if these bikes would do 260km/h, maybe if the roads were nicer and there were fewer cars I might have really opened her up. I never got above 170km/h, it was my first time riding a "crotch rocket" and it wasnt my bike. I told him to call me next time he has the bikes and I'll even pay for gas for both bikes :) he laughed and said I should jsut buy one, its not like they are pricy.

the only bike i have is a '02 cr(honda) 125. it's fun as hell to ride on the track. i've been riding dirt bikes my whole life, so getting use to shifting in cars were easy.

i rode my friends yz250 the other day, its a dirt bike, but it really flys. i think i'd take a dirt bike over a sport bike though. its more fun doing jumps and riding in dirt and sand, then on the street.

Im thinkin sometime during college I will get a sportbike to ride across campus in, because sometimes its too much trouble taking the car and I'm too lazy to walk:yes:

I bought a motorcycle (2003 Yamaha VStar 650 Custom) a couple weeks ago.. I love it! I just went with a cruiser for now. Next year Ill probably buy an R6 too.

My friend bought a 2003 R6 that thing is sweet! So light and tossable, and the power is really nice.

Me, and about 7 other friends put about 100 miles on our bikes yesterday. It was so nice! We have some really nice curvey, twisty, hilly roads. Great sight-seeing too!
