Need a lil help

Im going to buy a header not sure which to buy thinking about aerospeed there. Then im going to get a custom pipe made 2 1/2" inch all the way to the muffler and im taking the cat off im not sure if that will be okay tho need some help there. i think i am going to either get a greddy muffler or a 5zigen or thermalrd not sure which to get. if anyone has some suggestions plz help me out muchthanx

I dont like arospeed...theyre pretty crappy if you ask me
I have a thermal catback and I absolutely love it...but please get a resonator and a cat...there really isnt any need not to have them...not having them only makes the car super loud and annoying

get a DC header or something....arospeed sucks.
leave the cat on the car.
get whatever muffler you like. the ones you listed are all different styles - what style do you like best?

I heard DC sucked. why should i leave the cat on its air restricting?
i dont know what muffler i want i want sound not too much tho jus a lil and performance muchthanx

^ok...youre not running that much hp to not need a cat. if you were moderately boosting I could see a high flow cat. Face it, its a civic...an LX at that...so youre not gonna have enough air flow to not need a cat converter.

if you wewre to get an hi flow cat you might gain 1 horse, but your car is new enough, and im sure your cat not needing replaced, just use the stock one and save the hundred bucks to go toward a quality header.

and yes, use a resonator and keep the cat, because I and many others just laugh and laugh when it sounds like your exhuast has a weedeater in it.

newspeed makes some bad ass headers, but they are a bit pricier than dc sports. i can look it up for you and give you a price

yeah that was a typo on my side. i dunno that's how i ordered my strut bar and i had the distributor getting crazy and calling me to figure out what the hell i wanted ;)

I'm getting my catalytic converter cut off tomorrow. But, yes, it is illegal down here, but if you have a muffler and new pipe you'll sound just like any other high performance racer in you area. Catalytic converters can cause cars to run really really bad and in some cases not at all. They get really clogged up over the years block air flow, etc. You could also get someone to cut it open, clean it out and weld it back shut - we may do this instead of actually cutting it off. And once you're through welding it back, it'll be just like noone ever touched it man. But getting exhaust work is a lot more many than you think. You'll find once you replace one thing, get ready to replace a lot more ...
