hahaha, i had a fun day at work today, i didnt have to work, but i neded to remind them im not working thanksgiving, i go in and the manager acts like its new news, he got mad, started to *****, i told him its not my problem he dosnt know how to run that place and cant run the place without me. so after he cryed and bitched for a good 5 mins, he told me that im DEFINITALY working christmas, so im thinking in my head, im quitting in a week anyways, so why not go along with it, so i promise i will work christmas new years, easter mothers day, etc. he kinda got happy, then i told him i wouldnt be in town till saturday, that pissed him off again, and was ike well tell your mom thank-you for the short notice(im 17 still living at home, this thanksgiving is my last with family) i turned around stared him down and said you do it, since your the one whos thankful for it.. i get home not a min later phone rang, it was him, she bitched him out saying my family is more important, and that its not our fault he cant run the place. mwhahahahaha, i couldnt belive she ****in shut him up. im in that mood the guy from office space is in right now, like nothing at work matters anymore. i cant wait till saturday, if he pisses me off im gonna clock out and tape my sign out recept to the reservation book. for him to find a few mins later....... damn i love job security, nothing like a 17 year old completly making a 30 something year old look like a complete dumbass and getting away with it

all this is from 2 years of screwing me out of much deserved raises, starting new ppl at my pay that i worked my ass off to get, 2 years with 3 dollar raise, only to start a new person last weekend at the same pay as me, tipping them out the first night with no experience. for making me work when he knows i cant, working me overtime and not paying me for it, for cheating me out of tips some nights, for making me work on slow nights, for never giving me a saturday night off, the list can go on.

i work at a 4 star resturant, ive been there for 2 years, but they are slowly bending me over, so im standing strait up and not gonna take it any more. ive already planned on quitting, it just feels real good to yell at your boss and get away with it. expecialy when you know your getting readyu to quit and he dosnt.

i was a manager at this place, and i had all these older people under me.. and they hated the fact that a 20 year old was over them.. when they were 27-30...
i was loving it..
they had a hard time respecting me!!!
but i was smarter... and it was proven!
