2 things come to mind:

1) He has a registered domain name so he would have to have access to funds in order to pay for it and he would have to provide accurate contact info in order for that to happen.

2) He uses an email address registered under that domain name.

Also, as someone mentioned previously, if the info were that classified Big Brother would have shut him down already. Do you think he's actually good enough to escape the government? Only Osama can do that...
