How can I just buy it if someone already obtains it...I believe they have it for almost this whole year from the info i got from the whois.

You can only buy it if you contact them and they want to sell, or they don't renew it when their license expires.

you could always just use next-levelmotorsports.com, or use nextlevelmotorsports.net. Of course, you'll always run into the problem of ignorant people beleiving all URL's end in a dot-com, and people who forget the hyphen. Ask em real nice, maybe they'll sell it too you, but not likely.
