ive read alot about the motor swaps but no one really says if it can be done on the 96, all they say is up to 95, thanks guys,

what type of engine you looking to get? personally id go with a jdm b16 or a b18 from a LS integra. Lemme know i import engines from Japan

whats up, i have a b16a in my 96 4 dr civic and it fits perfect, the power increase is insane for just a straight drop in , not even built up, if you do it ,youll love it, it dropped my 1/4 mile time from a 17.1 to a 15.3 with just header , exaust, air intake.

from the make years 92 - 00 any B Series motor can be swapped in with out any modifications done to the engine bay...just a simple drop in, regardless of the year as long as its between 92 - 00 models::yes::
