i hate snow ! there's bout 6 in of snow right now and still snowin and i don't wanna drive cuz my tires aren't all season...so i'm stuck at home till my dad gets home so i can take his van:yes:

I miss the snow. I used to live in Cincinnati, and I would definitely take it over Mississippi. Saying that though, I have never driven in it in a nice car, so I don't know what i would do.

Actually it doesn't get as much know as you might think. A lot of US cities get way more snow and had way more snow storms this year than Toronto. Plus here when we do get snow we are all prepared. We have salt trucks out at like 6am spreading salt first onthe highway, then to major roads and going down all the way to the small local ones! :yes:

Then come to my place where you can have 26 inchesof beach. Damn my back is killing me from shoveling. I fired up the snow blower and after about 20 feet he belt slipped and burned up so i have to actually do manual labor and it sucks.

i would do anything for a couple of kids to come knocking on my door right now! i would gladly pay major cash for my driveway to be done! we have a snow blower, but the darn garage door opener broke so that means i cant get it out of the garage, i called all of the snow plowing places and i couldnt get it done till tommorow, and to top it off...........i dont even have a shovel! it broke this summer when i ran over it. oops. i am so screwwed. oh well maybe i will get lucky, and get it shoveled soon.

darn and the roads are clear, i sure wish i could do some visiting.

yah dude Erin and I are stuck at my sis's apt just outside of Philly. We've been here since Sat moring. And of course we really didn't prepare to be stuck here, so we ended having to walk to the grocery and to Kohls (so erin and I could buy undies and such since we didn't bring "reserves") There is a good 26" outside. At least...and I HATE IT!!!!!!!

Side note: this is the first time Kohls ever closed though...which rocks!
