Hey guys (and girlies)
First off i'd like to say nice site and forums you got goin here. I am selling off my eclipse and buying a 91 hatchback off a friends dad in 2 weeks for $1000 and i have BIG plans for it. It's light blue now, 4 speed, baseline, 200,000 miles, etc.. The body is in perfect condition, but eventually it will be painted white, body kit etc... but right now i'm goin to focus on the engine. I'm doin a b16a swap over the winter, turbo, etc... I have a few questions about this in the hybrid forum if anyone can help. Anyway i thought i'd give you a little BIO. Keep it up.
Peace

Welcome to the boards.
That sounds like a fun project. I had considered doing the same thing, but with a GS-R engine. I was looking for a 91 hatch, but then I came across the 89 Probe GT Turbo, and the engine was running like new, so I figured what the heck.
But hey, good luck!

Thanks everybody. I can't wait, i'm gettin the car in a few days and i will be ordering out alot soon too. Hopefully i don't run into problems doing the swap myself (and my step-dad). I need a few more parts than i thought (knuckles, hub assembly, etc..) because its a 4 speed and all that so it'll be longer than i thought, but it'll be worth it.

Man any car you do up yourslef rather then buying one already done is wayyyy better. It man not be faster or nicer....but at least you did it yourself. Can't wait to hear about it.
