Well guy’s im in school right now so let me explain everything that happened on Saturday night. i was driving on a one way rode going toward a 2 lane street and we pulled on and he just took off so i figured id get him back so at the next light we took off flying running just about a .25 mile when i decided id slow down i didn't want anything to happen to my girl or me so soon as i hit the brakes i saw him right in front of me as he did a 180 hitting my fender and partially my front bumper soon as he did I fled the scene calling him on the cell telling him to meet me at eagle we both got out of there real fast no one saw us and the damage sucks half of his front bumper is gone. Now i need a fender which i found on ebay for 139 painted and i need a bumper im going to check Honda to see how much a oem bumper will be and im going to need a new headlight so im going to upgrade im thinking about maybe jdm so i guess im going to fix up the front of my car. Does anyone know where I can get a oem factory Ex front bumper?

any help finding cheap parts would be great thanks

there are look-a-like civic oem bumpers on egay for less than $50 i think (unpainted). There are also regular stock bumpers on there too once in a while. You could check a junk yard too.
