well i have a brand new in box rockford fosagte bd500 great amp i only needed one in my car . so this one is just laying around .need to sell . i am asking 400 plus shipping this amp is like 550 new so it is a really good deal plus i have a 1 year warrenty threw my distrubutor when you buy it let me know
