Can an Exotic be rice... I mean afterall... It is still an exotic..

Ok.. theres got to be a really long story behind this car... Thats the only reason I can think of why anyone would even dream of something like this.

Dreaming is the only word...I don't think that the guy was thinking....littleown dreaming. Either he is preparing for the future wayyyy to early or he did too many drugs while watching back to the future and is trying to time warp somewhere.
