What does anyone think, Im getting a mugen front lip for my 2000 civic, but should I get the carbon fiber version??? does anyone know if these tend to crack or snap easily??
Or do I just get the ABS plastic one and get it painted and run with that

I'm not sure what the rest of your car looks like, but I think the painted ABS usually looks better.

carbon fiber=the crack, the suck, the destroy. polyurethane=the strong, the own, the not-crack-over-speed-bumps-bottoming-out. go urethane!!!

wouldn't the carbon fiber be prone to crack since the material is flexible...unless that depends on the maker of the front lip.
also, the ABS plastic will likely crack..compared to polyurethane. u can still paint the carbon fiber can't you?

yes, carbon fiber is most likely to crack because it is flexible. urethane is without a doubt the most expensive, but also the most rugged, durable material for body kits. you can paint any body kit material reguardless of what it is made out of.
