Okay then what do you guys think about this unit

I was rumaging through old car head units that ive had in the past. Stumbled across an Alpine CDA 7838 40x4 watt Cd player. I remembered the thing wouldnt work at all in my Audi, so I thought it was fried and bought a pioneer for the Audi. Decided it was worth a shot to put in the Civic. It worked! Hooray! I paid only 100 bucks a year ago for the thing (Store display unit) What do you guys think of it, It sure works better and sounds better than that p.o.s panisonic I had in there!

I agree with that. When I use to sell car audio we had some problems with the Panasonic decks

Alpine stuff is amazing in my opinion, so I say go with the Alpine.
