can u guys give me more info on this engine and should i work on this engine (zc singel cam) or buy a b16 for a crx?

Buy the b16a1. Should be fairly cheap since you need a cable trans. The newer ones get way more expensive for basically just a hydro trans.

for the year motor you are looking for i would go b16, it should only be about $800 more with more power out of the box. But, the zc is a much easier install than the b16. Weigh the options. You could make a sohc zc faster than a b16 if that is what you want to hear. But remember that the zc is non-vtec also, if that matters to you.
