Granted I may not be the first, but.....

Basically that's what developers(myself included) distribute with software we make. Enjoy.

Note:
I haven't tried it out just yet. As far as I know, the only card thus far that will use DX9 is the Radeon 9700Pro. This is at least until nVidia writes some drivers to take use.

Yup, but I'm not installing it until they have the bugs worked out. 9700, the new GF FX will use DX9, etc. but games aren't using it yet.

the gf fx will be dx9.0+ compliant meaning its specifications are more than required for 9.0 while the 9700 just barely meets them.
