Hi does any1 know if I could use type R valve spring with Jun 2 cams in my B16A. Thanks

Yes. I like the portflow myself, but ITR should be fine for a moderately aggressive build. It depends on the redline you want to hit.

Yeah it all depends on how high your going to rev. Like 2ndgenteg said if your not revving to the moon keep your itr springs. If you plan to go over 8500 then get something else. The Portflow of the new Edelbrock are the best you can buy.
