What do you think of this...good deal?

This is what the guy wrote to me.
We live in the same city.
H&R 1/98 ( guess this is the date) and on another coil below it saids 51863.88R(rear) and 51863.88F(for front i assume.)

and they are red in color, with stock struts(i think)
and its already assembled...
if you want some pictures i'll take some down for ya...

the price, 125 for 4 of em? its negotiable...
so i have no idea what brand these springs are and thats all i know/see...
if you wanna hook up somewhere and i can show you em in person.... write me back on what you think...
First these are Canadian prices.
Second are H&R springs good? If that is the brand name of them??
Third what does the 51863.88 mean????
I don't know shit about suspension, so ANY HELP would be hell nice and I would appreciate it. Thanks

I have H&R's on my car...

the springs are racing series springs

they ride more like coilovers than sport springs, but not quite as bad as C.O.'s

they will drop it about 2.25 inches.. and they are normally 259 american

I have H&Rs with Bilstiens on my Volkswagon, love them to death, but I'm about to swap them out for some weitec coilovers. I highly recommend the H&Rs though.
