Remove A/C, PS, floor mats, carpet, center console, back seat, spare tire, trunk lining, stereo, passenger seat... well you get the idea.

I'm guessing that's done for allrace cars in order to save weight?

yea most people will take out back seats...excess metal in trunk and around seats...replace stock seats with lighter "racing" ones...etc....94 has the rest of the list

Yup, weight reduction is important to go fast, but it screws up a daily driver if you take it too far. A CF hood is a good idea for weight reduction.

a grand would be more then enough.. your going to have to help out to.. no ones getting a dead cheap custom hood and not putting in any effort. If your serious about this we'll have to start getting ready sooner then later because there is alot to take into consideration. I'll have to start building a mold and making a test run to make sure she dont break.
